Luke J Falvey
Luke is founder and Managing Director of Insight Strategy. He has 30 years international experience in General Management, Finance, M&A, Strategy and Coaching, spanning market and regional leadership in Asia Pacific, Europe and the Caribbean, working with some of the world’s leading branded companies (including Diageo & Gallaher – JTI).
Luke is passionate about getting strategy into action and driving performance through superior execution. During his career, he has acquired and built companies in Asia and Europe. He has overseen the creation and execution of strategic alliances in China and Vietnam. Luke has also identified, set up and managed importer-distributor partnerships in several countries across the Asia region. Luke has established regional greenfield manufacturing and supply chain operations in Singapore, supporting a wider regional strategy. He has developed and executed multiple brand and market launches. He has advised on and led the disposal of businesses. He has facilitated multiple international clients wishing to gain access to markets in the Asia Pacific region and has a wide network of resources throughout the Asia Pacific region.
Luke is an Executive Coach and Mentor. He combines his coaching ability with his career experience to offer confidential counsel to business leaders, Directors and Executives and this often extends to being a trusted advisor along the journey to achieving their full potential and end game.
Luke went to college in Galway and London, he has attended INSEAD – ‘Strategic Issues in Mergers & Acquisitions’ and several management courses at Ashridge Business School including ‘Managing Strategic Partnerships & Alliances’. Luke is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), a Certified Master Coach from the Behavioral Coaching Institute (BCI) and a member of the International Coaching Council (ICC).

Saundra Wade has been a Director of Insight Strategy since 2008 and specialises in brand marketing, research, training and communications. Saundra has an MBA in Marketing from the University of Leicester and spent much of her career internationally – in Europe with HBG, the West Indies with Cable & Wireless and in Asia where she set up her own marketing business and then took a career break to have a family prior to becoming a Director of Insight Strategy.
Saundra is an accomplished strategic marketing professional with a deep knowledge of conceptualizing, developing and managing brand marketing and research projects. She has the vision and leadership to create and implement successful ongoing marketing and communication programmes and a strong ability to build and sustain new business relationships in diverse cultures.
Saundra designs and delivers training in brand management, market research, communication and account management and facilitates the creation and execution of marketing and communication seminars.
Maria has been a Director covering Europe since 2015. She has 28 years’ experience in investment banking and financial services, having worked for 17 years at Natwest Markets, BT Alex. Brown & Deutsche Bank in the UK. Prior to this, Maria was in the Financial Institutions Group at McKinsey & Co and spent 6 years as a Researcher at the Sovereign Wealth Fund, the Kuwait Investment Office.
As a Chief Operating Officer from a high performance culture she is skilled at turning ideas into action with a focus on profitability, client experience and building institutional memory. Maria is enterprising about putting in place, an infrastructure to support the future in organisations. She provides plans and projects for business success.
Maria has extensive experience in change management ensuring robust end-to-end change management is adopted from conception to execution. She has expertise in strategic consulting for individual challenges faced by organizations, focusing on ways to identify client’s needs, developing target operating models, streamline organizations, developing and standardizing processes.
Maria has set up offshore and near shore facilities from initial identification, to onboarding the company, identifying the infrastructure required, detailing processes and SLAs, and working to go live and beyond.
